Is a vinegar based sauce with added spices. The combination of ingredients gives this sauce an added “kick”. This sauce is excellent for meat, fish and vegetables. Use as an alternative to red sauce or spice rubs… on pork chops, ribs, barbeque chicken and grilled vegetables, as a marinade for chicken, venison and fish, or as a dressing for tossed salad or coleslaw.
